SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — The son of the Sacramento Kings general manager was arrested on Thursday morning on a driving under the influence charge.

A California Highway Patrol officer stopped Matia Divac, 21, in a 2015 Tesla on Capitol Avenue, west of 21st Street. The officer determined Divac was under the influence of alcoholic beverages and was arrested.

He was booked into the Sacramento County Jail without incident. His blood-alcohol level has not been disclosed.

Matia Divac is the son of former Sacramento Kings player and current general manager Vlade Divac.
