TRUCKEE (CBS13) – Slushy conditions is making for a horrific day of driving in the Sierra.

Dozens of cars, plus four big rigs, were involved in a crash just past the Nevada state line, holding up traffic on Interstate 80 for several hours.

According to CHP-Truckee, the westbound lane has been reopened. Eastbound I-80 still remains closed at Hirschdale. Caltrans crews are currently working to clear the last of the collisions.

No injuries have been reported in any of the crashes.
