Suspect In Grant High Teen's Killing To Appear In Court Monday

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - The teen accused of killing Grant High School football player Jaulon "JJ" Clavo will be facing a judge on Monday.

Sacramento police announced the arrest of 16-year-old Keymontae Lindsey last week and identified him as the prime suspect in Clavo's murder.

Lindsey was first arrested the day after Clavo was killed after a loaded gun was allegedly found in the car he was riding in. Police say that gun reportedly matched weapon that killed Clavo.

Lindsey is currently being held in Sacramento County Juvenile Hall and will be in court Monday afternoon.
