Police: Man Attacks Another Man Who Pooped On His Lawn In Stockton

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - When neighborhood pets leave their calling card on your lawn, it's annoying enough, but things turned violent when a Stockton man caught another man defecating on his lawn over the weekend.

Just after 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, a man reportedly dropped his pants in the 2000 block of Superior Street and relieved himself on suspect's lawn. When the suspect saw what was happening, he went inside his residence, got a kitchen knife, came back out and chased after the victim, according to a statement from the Stockton Police Department.

Presumably not fully dressed, the victim took a spill, allowing the suspect to jump on top of him and violently attack him. During the struggle, the victim got a hold of the knife and stabbed the suspect in the neck.

Officers arrested 18-year-old Lonale Shaw on the charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

The victim received cuts on his head.
