Crews Search For Missing Swimmer At American River Confluence
AUBURN (CBS13) -- Multiple Agencies including CalFire and a Dive Team are searching for a missing swimmer at the American River Confluence near Auburn. Around 10:30am a caller reported that A male swimmer was seen going underwater and never came up.
The search is underway and officials have still not found the man.
Earlier this year a deceased male was found floating near the No Hands Bridge just south of the American River Confluence, where the North fork and Middle Fork of the American River Meet.
