HOUR 1:

Dave, Kayte, and Nate are back in studio fresh off of a loss in their softball league last night. They share a recap of last night's events including a near benches clearing brawl in a rec-league softball game. After a brief story from Dave about his kids, Kayte dives into the Baylor situation for another edition of Mix It Up. Finally, they touch on Kevin Durant telling media that he nearly chose to play for the Boston Celtics after meeting with Tom Brady.

The gang discuss the latest suspensions by the UFC for violation of the anti-drug policy including a well known local fighter. Then they talk about weather or not pitchers should wear helmets in the MLB. Then, they revisit the social issues in sports conversation and talk the WNBA fining players who wore black shirts protesting the shootings during warm ups.

Dave, Kayte, and Nate wrap up the politics and social issues in sports conversation before transitioning to Sacramento Kings top villains of all time. Then, new Sacramento King Arron Afflalo joins the show and shares why he chose Sacramento and what he looks forward to as a King next season. They end the show talking Pokemon Go.
