STOCKTON (CBS13) – A Stockton man is in jail after allegedly using his dog as a weapon.

Police say Randy Martinez commanded his pit bull to attack his roommate, Scott Savage. Savage says Martinez pinned him down and ordered the dog to attack and describes it as a hellish scene.

“I mean, the pit bull. I mean it has bright red eyes. It looked like Satan, you know?” said Savage. “All I saw was the inside of jaws.”

Martinez is facing the charge of assault with a deadly weapon. The dog is being held at Stockton Animal Services.
