Fairfiled Man Arrested For Alleged Sale of More than $20,000 in Prescription Drugs

FAIRFIELD (CBS13) -- Vacaville Police Department vice detectives have arrested 35-year-old Tarik Dean after a previous investigation determined Dean was likely involved in the sale of more than $20,000 in prescription medication.

Detectives served Dean with a warrant after pulling him over on a traffic enforcement stop Friday, a report from the department says.

Officewrs discovered more than 2000 oxycodone pills, evidence prescription sales and almost $20,000 in suspected drug proceeds.

Dean was transported to the Solano County Jail on felony charges of transportation for the sale of controlled substances and possession of controlled substances.
