Sacramento Police Make Two POD-Assisted Arrests to Recover Stolen Vehicles

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- The Sacramento Police Department made two arrests Saturday afternoon after being alerted to the use of stolen vehicles by Police Observation Devices (PODs).

25-year-old Jayunna Branner and 40-year-old Andre McDougle were arrested on possession of stolen property, driving a stolen vehicle and vehicle theft, respectively.

The suspects are the second and third to be arrested by the Sacramento Police Department in such fashion this weekend.
