WATCH: Alleged Clayton Fire Arsonist Damin Pashilk Arraigned
LAKE COUNTY (CBS13) -- People forced to flee a massive wildfire in mountains north of San Francisco heaped anger Tuesday on a man who authorities believe set the blaze that wiped out several blocks of a small town over the weekend along with 16 smaller fires dating back to last summer.
Wednesday, Damin Pashilk was arraigned in a county courthouse.
