Woman Killed In Early-Morning Crash Identified

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A woman who was struck and killed by a vehicle on El Camino Avenue on Tuesday has been identified.

The Sacramento County Coroner identified her as Raquel Gonzalez de Castrejon, 75 of Sacramento.

Investigators say she was struck on westbound El Camino Avenue near Business 80 at around 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday. She was taken to the hospital where she later died.

The driver remained at the scene after the collision.
