A jewelry makers heaven, Capital City Beads opened its doors in 2014 with owner Christina Mansour’s experience as a professional costume and jewelry assistant who designed for the likes of Lady GaGa, Havana Brown, Cimorelli, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears and many more. Mansour aimed to use her background in high fashion to create a place curated with hand-picked gems, seed beads and other various beads from her travels to encourage her customers’ creativity when making their next beautiful piece.
