Suspect Arrested After Man Shot, Killed In Broad Daylight Along Bike Trail
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Police have a man in custody accused of fatally shooting another man along a popular bike trail over the weekend.
Omari O'neil, 38, is facing homicide charges.
The shooting happened in Del Paso Heights around noon on Saturday.
Officers say they started CPR on the victim, but he was later pronounced dead by medics at the scene.
The victim's name has not been released.
