Sacramento Animal Shelter Desperate For Help

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Sacramento's Front Street Animal Shelter is bursting with dogs.

The shelter says the recent record storms brought in a record number of dogs, more than 200.

Return-to-owner fees are being waived this weekend as the shelter tries to ease the overcrowding.
