Thousands March In Downtown Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Thousands marched today from Southside Park to the California Capitol, as part of the Sacramento Women's March.

Most marchers said they were supporting women's rights and gender equality. But many also said they were showing their support for city workers and LGBTQ rights.

After an emotional march through downtown Sacramento, marchers gathered for a rally in front of the Capitol.
