Harris 2020 Kicks Off Tomorrow In Oakland
OAKLAND (CBS13) — Senator Kamala Harris will officially kick off her 2020 presidential bid tomorrow in Oakland.
As many as 15,000 people are expected to attend a rally at Frank Ogawa Plaza tomorrow afternoon.
