Fast-Acting Roseville Store Manager Sends Two To Jail
ROSEVILLE (CBS13) — Two women are behind bars in Roseville on multiple charges including organized retail theft and grand theft.
Police arrested Sydney Lynn Johnson and Cynthia Lantette Frazer after a manager at a retail store on Pleasant Grove Boulevard reported the pair for stealing make-up.
When police found the two in their car a short time later, they say Johnson and Frazer had more than $4000 worth of stolen goods.
