Man Pulls Himself Out Of Burning Car After Crash On Watt Avenue
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A man was able to pull himself out of a burning car after crashing in Sacramento early Thursday morning.
The incident happened just after 1 a.m. on the Watt Avenue bridge over the American River.
Exactly what led up to the crash and what caused the car to catch fire is unclear at this point.
Lanes were blocked after the crash, but they have since reopened.
The man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, authorities say.
