One Person Hurt After Early Morning House Fire In Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – One person was hurt after an early morning house fire in south Sacramento.

It happened shortly after 2 a.m. Monday on 21st Street, south of Sutterville Road.

Authorities say that person – who was able to get out of the house on their own – was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation, but the extent of their injuries is unknown at this time.

Firefighters got the fire under control quickly.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
