U.S. Military Considers Lowering Recruitment Age

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Would lowering the age of recruitment fix the military's recruitment concerns?

The U.S. Army and Navy are considering lowering the enlistment age from 17 to 16.

This is a move that has already been made by countries like the U.K.
