Man Dies After Being Shot In Car On Highway

MANTECA (CBS13) — A 32-year-old man has died after being shot in his car on the highway Friday morning in Manteca.

California Highway Patrol Stockton said the victim was traveling westbound on SR-120 when an occupant of an unknown vehicle fired shots into the car.

CHP said the driver was pronounced dead on the scene.

No suspect information has been released.

The identity of the deceased is unknown at this time.
