Molasses Spill Causes Serious Traffic Delays On SR-99 In Elk Grove
ELK GROVE (CBS13) — Caltrans said to expect serious traffic delays and a sticky situation on southbound SR-99 near Grant Line Road in Elk Grove after a 130-pound tub of molasses spilled onto the roadway.
Officials said the number 2 lane is blocked as cleanup is underway.
There is currently no estimated time of reopening for the closed lane.
