Several Vehicles Involved In Crash On WB I-205 In Tracy
TRACY (CBS13) – A major injury crash blocked the right lane on Interstate 205 Wednesday morning.
The scene was on the westbound side of the freeway, west of Grant Line Road in Tracy.
The crash happened a little before 7 a.m. The California Highway Patrol in Tracy said the crash involved three vehicles including Nissan Altima, a big rig, and a third vehicle.
Witnesses reported the Nissan was driving at a high rate of speed and lost control, hitting the big rig and the third vehicle.
CHP says the Nissan driver sustained major injuries while the driver of the third vehicle had minor injuries. Both are male adults.
Officers said the right lane was blocked through the mid-morning hours.
