STOCKTON (CBS13) – Crews on Saturday are searching for a possible drowning victim in a Stockton waterway.

According to the Stockton Police Department, fire personnel is searching for the individual in McLeod Lake near Weber Avenue and Commerce Street.

Police said the individual was seen swimming in the water and they never returned to the surface.

Police said crews have been on the scene for about two hours.
