Suspicious Package In Stockton Deemed Safe, Deputies Say

STOCKTON (CBS13) — A suspicious package that shut down multiple streets in Stockton on Sunday was deemed safe, the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office said.

The sheriff's office did not say exactly what the package was.

The affected streets were South Eight Street and B Street, B Street and Granada Drive, and East Eighth Street and South Laurel Street.

All have since reopened.

No further information was released.
