Man, 23, Accused Of Breaking San Joaquin County Courthouse Windows
STOCKTON (CBS13) — A man is facing a felony vandalism charge after police say he threw a rock at the San Joaquin County Courthouse in Stockton.
The incident happened Monday on East Weber Avenue. Police say the rock broke a window near the entrance.
Stockton police arrested 23-year-old Marcus Binion in connection to the vandalism.
A motive is unclear.
