Man Sentenced To 126 Years To Life For Child Abuse In Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Jose Navarrete was sentenced to 126 years to life in prison for repeated sexual abuse to a 5-year-old child, said the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office.

The jury convicted Navarrete of 10 counts of child sexual assault charges.

"Navarrete committed multiple substantial sexual assaults against the victim when she was approximately 5 years old and continued to do so for approximately three years," said the Sacramento DA's Office.
