STOCKTON (CBS13) — During a traffic stop at Shasta Avenue and Anderson Street, officers stopped a vehicle and found a loaded firearm inside.
Officers arrested the 16-year-old driver for weapon charges.
This occurred Thursday evening at around 9 p.m.
