ALTA (CBS13) — A suspect is in custody accused of starting a fire that spread to a cabin in a small Placer County community late Monday afternoon.
Shortly before 4:20 p.m., the Placer County Sheriff’s Office said crews were responding to the fire that was in the Alta area.
