Californians To Rally At Capitol For Water Affordability

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A large crowd of Californians is expected to gather at the capitol building for a rally about water affordability.

The rally is being held to bring awareness to the state's water debt crisis and to push for a permanent water bill assistance program. The program would help make water rates more affordable for low-income families.

The rally will start at 10 a.m. on the west steps of the capitol.
