This unique bikram yoga studio has only been open since May, but those who practice here have already found their yoga niche. Jacquie Russos, (owner and instructor) guides students in through 26 poses in 105 degree hear by means of encouraging dialogue. At Yoga Loca, students are expected to work to the edge of their ability and push themselves to improve.
