Fiery Big Rig Crash On Bay Area Bridge

SAN MATEO COUNTY (CBS 13) –A fiery crash on a Bay Area bridge brought traffic to a standstill at one point this afternoon.

A big rig collided with a car in the eastbound lanes of the Dumbarton Bridge and exploded into flames just after 11 a.m.

At one point, both directions of the bridge were shutdown as fire fighters worked to douse the flames.

CHP says no injuries were reported.
