Martial Instructor Accused Of Lewd Acts

AUBURN, Calif. (CBS13) -- A martial arts instructor has been arrested after allegedly committing lewd acts with one of his students.

Auburn resident Matthew Barraza, 31, was booked into the Placer County Jail on $250,000 bail after investigators uncovered evidence that he had an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old child who was one of his students.

The Auburn Police Department said more details on the investigation will not be immediately available due to the sensitive nature of the allegations.
