It’s more like did C.P.S. get called out. It’s the law that under 18 you must wear a helmet. that was put in place by big brother. So where was the parents while this happened?

Where was her helmet? I see kids riding their bikes to school every day and NO helmet. They ahve to sign a paper saying that they will obey all the school rules. What about the state laws. Parents need to make the kids where the helmets. The police could make a killing if they gave out tickets for not wearing helmet. I’m over 18 and I wear a helmet. My son wears a helmet wen he rides with his kids & they all wear helmets. And what about obeying ALL the traffic laws. No helmet no bike. Good enough.
