Today, the main phone line is down, so callers have to use the secondary lines. Don begins by reading emails from listeners who are in the Trifecta contest. Right now, the celebrity most listeners think will die next is Zsa Zsa. Don then reads a list of the top 50 celebrities that were most likely to die in 2011. Don also introduces his new soap opera, Kissing Couzens, that each member of the show has a part in. After going through pics of Ashton and Demi on Radaronline.com, Don then pulls out a tape of his favorite classic jingles from jingle factory Jam in Dallas, who are working on new jingles for KHTK.

We then get a studio visit from TV's Montel Williams, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and an advocate for medical cannabis. Montel spends two segments with Don discussing the positive effects of medical cannabis, and the benefits it has for people suffering from serious illnesses such as MS and cancer. He also talks about his dispensary, the Abatin Wellness Center in Sacramento.

After discussing the NBA cancelling the first two weeks of the 2011 season, and Hank Williams Jr. rewriting his song Keep The Change to be timely with his recent FOX News appearance, the guys run through the first episode of Kissing Couzens once more, this time, even funnier than the first! It is then time for the "Phantom News Hour." Among the topics today, Obama's Jobs Bill, which U.S. cities have the highest credit scores, Montel appearing on Dr. Oz, and Kenyon Martin's AIDS tweet. And of course, Don wraps everything up with a caller 100!
