
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A suspect is in custody on outstanding warrants after getting into a scuffle with a sheriff’s deputy.
An employee at Country Club Lanes called 911 after they believed the suspect the suspect was taking liquor from the second floor of the building.

Whey they tried to talk to him, he allegedly became combative and fought with deputy, according to a statement from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department.

A deputy suffered a sprained ankle during the incident.
