Marysville Woman Accused Of Killing Husband, Burying Him With Help Of 2 Other Women

OLIVEHURST (CBS13) – Authorities say a Marysville woman killed her husband and buried him in a shallow grave.

The Yuba County Sheriff's Department says they were tipped off by an anonymous source about the gruesome allegations. Deputies were told that the suspect, 33-year-old Monica Kelly Rodriguez, even got two other women to help her dispose of the body.

Friday, detectives searched the area off Country Club Drive in Olivehurst where the tipster led them and soon found a body.

Using tattoos on the body, detectives were able to identify the man as 33-year-old Juan Miguel Rodriguez – Monica's husband.
