Charlie Sheen Not Fazed By Porn Star's Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES (CBS Sacramento) - Nearly a month ago Charlie Sheen told the world that he was living with HIV. On Monday, Sheen went to dismiss the lawsuit at the Los Angeles Superior Court that his ex-Scottine Rossi filed against him.

Rossi had claimed that Sheen never told her he was HIV positive and physically abused her, according to TheWrap. Rossi and Sheen performed in a porn film, which he paid her $10,000 for but didn't tell her about being HIV positive.

She also claimed she discovered his medication in the cabinet and while dating he pressured her to get an abortion.

According to the court motion they said, "Since Sheen and Rossi's relationship ended, she has attempted to extort millions of dollars by disclosing his medical condition even though she signed a confidentiality agreement. Rossi was well aware of Sheen's medical condition, and fails to mention that she was the one who insisted upon having unprotected sex with Sheen 'like a normal couple.'… Also, Rossi does not describe how she was having sexual relations with others while she was engaged to Sheen and having unprotected sex at Rossi's insistence."

Sheen believes that Rossi is trying to get as much money as she can in addition to getting revenge on him.
