FOOTHILL FARMS (CBS13) – Three adults and one child are out of a home this morning after a fire damaged their apartment.

Just before 11:00 p.m. Tuesday, Metro Fire crews found heavy fire coming from an upstairs unit of a four-plex on Walerga Road near Hillsdale Boulevard.

More than two dozen firefighters aggressively attacked the flames and saved two of the four units from damage.

The unit where the fire started has about $75,000 worth of damages.

A second unit has some minor damage. No one was injured in the fire.

The Red Cross is assisting the family displaced.

Arson investigators responded to the scene and the cause is currently under investigation.
