It may not be a national holiday, nor is it even recognized in most cities because of the what Bryant was able to do when he came to town, but there should still be a massive amount of respect given to the man on this day.

The fans hated to see him in Arco/Sleep Train Arena because they knew it would be a tough game for the Kings. They also loved it because they knew something special was going to happen.
Being that it is the first Mamba Day after his retirement, it’s a great time to look back at all of the good times he had against the Sacramento Kings.
