Oakland Athletics catcher Bruce Maxwell has been indicted by a grand jury in Arizona. Maxwell allegedly pointed a gun on a female food delivery worker last month at his home in Scottsdale, Arizona, leading to his arrest.
According to The Mercury News, he’s facing “charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct.”
Maxwell, 26, could get 5-to-15 years in prison due to Arizona’s aggravated assault charges with a deadly weapon penalties.
