Teenager, 14, Wanted For Murder In Stockton Food 4 Less Shooting

STOCKTON POLICE (CBS13) — Stockton Police are searching for a teenager accused of murdering a man in the parking lot of a Food 4 Less.

Eric Lamar Sloan, Jr., is wanted in the Jan. 12 shooting of 20-year-old Chris Combs. Police have released a mugshot of him from a previous unrelated arrest.

The Cesar Chavez High School graduate who was involved in the school's music program died after he was shot in the parking lot of a local Food 4 Less.

Officer Joe Silva with the Stockton Police Department says detectives are now looking for a second suspect in the murder of Combs.

"Just looking at the suspect's age of 14 is alarming and concerning to us here at the police department and just the action of him pulling that trigger, what these kids don't realize now a days is there's consequences when you pull that trigger," said Silva.

Sloan is between 5'2" and 5'4" and weighs 110 pounds.

Police jave already arrested, Kayla Woodward, 20, who is suspected of the murder.

Police warn he should be considered armed and dangerous
