Tracy Man Dies At HARD Summer Festival

FONTANA, Calif. (AP) - Authorities say one person died and 23 were hospitalized after attending last weekend's HARD Summer music festival in Southern California.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department says Andrew Cole Click of Tracy, California was pronounced dead at a hospital at 11:45 p.m. Sunday. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of his death.

Twenty-three other people were hospitalized for various medical issues. Two women remain hospitalized.

Another 11 people were arrested, mainly for drug offenses.

The weekend festival at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana east of Los Angeles drew more than 80,000 people on Saturday and 70,000 on Sunday. Highs during the day reached nearly 100 degrees.

Three people died of drug overdoses after attending the 2016 HARD festival, which also was held in Fontana.
