Body Found In Sacramento River Near Garcia Bend Park

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento and West Sacramento crews have recovered a body from the Sacramento River on Thursday.

The body was spotted down the river from Garcia Bend in the Pocket area.

Crews from both Sacramento and West Sacramento fire departments teamed up to get the body out of the water.

No information about the body has been released yet.

The Yolo County Coroner's Office will be investigating.
