14-Year-Old Student Arrested For Bringing Air Soft Gun To Bear Creek High School
STOCKTON (CBS13) — A student at Bear Creek High School in Stockton is facing charges for bringing a BB gun to school.
Officials said the 14-year-old was arrested Monday morning after Stockton officers learned he had marijuana.

Police said the gun, which was found in the child's backpack, was not loaded but it did have a CO2 cartridge.
The student was arrested for bringing an air pistol on school grounds.
