Rehab Nurse Arrested On Felony Sexual Assault Charges
FOLSOM (CBS13) — Police arrested a 61-year-old Sacramento Man last Friday on three felony counts of sexual assault.
Gregory Harms is accused of sexual misconduct with a patient at a rehab medical facility where he was a nurse in January.
Folsom Police said the arrest is part of a long investigation where detectives uncovered a prior victim.
Harms was booked in the Sacramento County Jail on sexual assault charges. He is due in court on Wednesday.
