Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Train In Lodi
LODI (CBS13) — A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train in Lodi Tuesday evening, officials said.
According to Union Pacific, the incident happened around 7:14 p.m. Tuesday near Locust Street. A spokesperson told CBS13 an adult male pedestrian was fatally injured in the collision.
The Lodi Police Department is also investigating this incident.
Officers said the train was blocking intersections from Tokay to Locust.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
