Surveillance Video Leads Davis Police To Arrest Alleged Porch Pirate
DAVIS (CBS13) — An accused porch pirate was arrested after police say they found a stolen package in his car.
Davis police arrested 25-year-old Richard Cox Wednesday after a traffic stop. Officers say he had two outstanding felony warrants out of Placer County.
Cox was arrested for petty theft and the warrants.
Surveillance video helped investigators make the arrest, police said.
