Annual Drum Corps International Capital Classic Held At Hornet Stadium In Sacramento

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Some of the best young musicians in the state performed Friday night at Hornet Stadium.

It was the annual Drum Corps International Capital Classic featuring the Sacramento Mandarins and seven other bands.

Photojournalist James Taylor got a look at how much work these youth put into their performances.

The Mandarins now head to Stanford for a performance on Sunday before leaving on a five-week national tour.
