Underground Wiring Problem Knocks Out Power In Folsom
FOLSOM (CBS13) - An underground wiring problem knocked out power to about 3,000 customers in Folsom early Friday, according to SMUD.
The problem started about 11:00 a.m. when some went wrong with some underground wires. SMUD expects power to be restored by 3:00 p.m.
